Main Takeaway:

Bikes are often designed for the median sized people (around 56 cm sized frames) and the bike is scaled up or down to get different sizes, resulting in compromises in the frame and features to maintain the same proportions.

Integrated water bottle allows for more than one water bottle on a smaller frame, as well as some aerodynamic benefits.

Integration

Safety & Visibility

Lights on a road bike are a safety must. Most riders add lights to their bike post-sale. With KIA's increased efforts towards safe driving, lights are integrated into the frame for increased visibility and road safety.

Aerodynamic Features

Tire cut-outs and integrated components and tear drop-derived forms result in a more aerodynamic bike that creates less drag.
